Good morning, beautiful soul, and welcome to the 16th day of the month. A beautiful day to see your amazing life through the same positive lens that your angels see it. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self, here with loving, positive messages to guide you today.

Today they’re talking to you about your self limiting beliefs. Sometimes the best way to overcome a limiting belief is to replace it with a different thought that does not restrict you, but that propels you forward. Today we’re talking about positive thoughts. Positive affirmations over the course of a full day.

Our brains produce thousands of thoughts, and the truth is a pretty significant percentage of those thoughts are limiting beliefs that we hold about ourselves, our abilities, and our lives. Trying to simply resist these kinds of thoughts can feel a lot like telling yourself not to think about a pink elephant.

It just becomes. the only thing that you can think about, but friend, there’s a better way. And you may have heard of them positive affirmations. The way that this works is you go through your day, allowing thought to naturally move through you only this time around. You’re prepared and ready to speak back to your most common negative thoughts with positive affirmations.

Affirmations are powerful because as awkward as they can initially feel, and friends, let’s just call a duck a duck here, it can feel like the SNL skit with Stuart Smalley where he says, I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like me. me. Friends, don’t mock it before you’ve tried it.

Positive affirmations not only help your brain to make new thought pathways, but some have suggested that over time positive affirmations can actually change your DNA, helping you to create an entirely new reality for yourself. That is powerful stuff. That means that the life you want to be living is in large part up to you.

And what it is, you tell yourself. Today Archangel Michael is already beside you. Ready to help you create some affirmations specifically for yourself. If you need some help getting started, keep listening. I’m going to read you a list of affirmations and pause after each one. As I pause, I want you to say this affirmation to yourself.

Believe it and really feel it. Friend, it does not matter whether or not these statements are true for you in this moment or not. Saying them and believing them as if they were true and feeling them in your bones as if they were true is a form of energy healing that will transmute low frequencies and raise your vibration.

It’ll help you co create the life you want to be living in divine time. Alright, it’s time for you to repeat after me. All is well at this moment, right now. I know who I am, and it’s exciting! I have a vision of my future, and it is amazing. I have an amazing partner. My partner and I share emotional intimacy daily through talk and touch.

I know and communicate my feelings and needs in every conversation. I attract only the best circumstances. And the best positive people in my life. I am well groomed, healthy, and full of confidence. My outer self is matched by my inner well being. I am unique and I feel good about being alive and being me.

I enjoy exercising my body and strengthening my muscles. I surround myself with peaceful people. My work environment is calm and peaceful. I am fully present in all of my relationships. Every day, I am more and more and more at ease. Being calm and relaxed energizes my whole being. In this moment right now, all is well.

I feel my angels surrounding me and know that today is going to be a great, great day. Friend, thank you so, so much for starting your day with your spirit team and I. Today is a great day to live in joy and build the life your soul came here to live. As you move through your day, feel the presence. of your angels as they guide you to take one step towards your best financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided, you are protected, and you are so, so, so deeply loved. Radiate that love into yourself. And out to everyone you interact with today, follow
