Now, friend, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Open your heart and your mind as you begin your day. with your angels.

Good morning, beautiful soul. And welcome to the 16th day of the month, a beautiful day for you to strengthen and trust your inner voice. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher. Who are all here with you with a loving positive messages to guide you today.

Today they’re talking to you about your own intuition. Many of us have a strong sense of intuition, and today, yours. spirit team is helping you strengthen and trust your own inner voice. Have you ever known someone who seemed to have a strong sense about things? Someone who almost had an eerie sense of intuition?

Well friend, I am so excited to tell you that we all have this same intuitive sense. You’ve surely heard that little voice inside of you tell you whether something was a good or not so good idea, but you doubted or second guessed that voice. When we doubt the voice inside of ourselves, we’re really hiding it away, and it grows quieter and weakens over time.

Before long, our intuition becomes so distant from us that we assume we don’t have it. You may be thinking, Julie, there is no way. I only wish I had a strong intuition. But friend, the reason you feel that way is because your intuition just needs some trust in order to hone and strengthen it. You can start taking steps today towards growing your intuitive sense with your spirit team right by your side.

Today, your loved ones on the other side ask you to work with them to increase your intuition and listen to the voice within you. Please note that it’s not meant for you to do this work on others. You need specific training for that through a program like my Angel Reiki School. Today is about you growing your intuition for yourself, for you to hear your own messages more clearly.

How do you do this? Don’t worry about a thing, we’re gonna do this together. I want you to begin by getting into oneness energy. You’ve probably gotten into oneness energy with me before through the traditional meditation I use. But you don’t need that meditation anymore. I simply want you to say, God, Universe, Source, I want to be in oneness energy.

Then let it be so. Feel the tingly energy above your head. Maybe you feel a string above your head lifting you upwards. Maybe you feel this opening at the crown and all of this oneness energy. flowing down into your heart chakra and radiating from your heart out to the world. Just give yourself a moment right here right now to instantaneously get into oneness energy and to feel your connection with all life.

and with all things everywhere. Once

you feel that oneness energy surround you, moving through you, connecting you to all other life force energy, what I want you to do is close your eyes. Obviously you can’t do this if you’re in the car, but I want you to close your eyes and I want you to use your imagination to see one of your loved ones in heaven.

See one person, one soul, uh, the person that you are. were most close to. When you’re seeing them, you’re using your mind’s eye, your imagination to really see them as if they’re standing right in front of you. You can see the details of their face, their eye color. You can almost get a smell of what they smelled like.

You can see what they’re wearing. So traditionally them. Can get a sense of their energy. I want you to greet your loved one and give them a huge hug. Again, you’re doing this within your imagination. As you greet your loved one, they may even whisper something in your ear. After you greet your loved one, ask them if they have time to sit down and spend with you.

Talking to you, providing you with guidance. As they say yes. And of course they’re going to say yes. I want you to visualize yourself sitting down with them in a place that’s warm, loving, and most importantly, comfortable to you. Next, I want you to ask your loved one the first question that comes to your mind and allow them time to respond.

You’re not going to see their mouth move, but they’re going to telepathically communicate only positive, loving answers to you. Your job, my friend, is to not doubt. It’s to not second guess. You’re not making this up. The positive, loving messages they share with you are for you as a part of the way that they serve you on your spirit team.

Friend, the only way for you to grow your intuition is through faith and love. I want you to continue to sit with your loved one, asking them questions. You can ask questions by thinking them within your mind or writing them down on paper or typing them out. And you can take note of the answers in the same way, mentally writing them down or by typing it out.

Remember, spirit is only gonna bring through positive, loving messages, and they need you to trust the answers that come to you. When you’re finished asking questions, be sure to thank your loved one for taking the time to guide you and friends. This might take you five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. I want you to, as you remember, mentally go back and spend time with.

this loved one today. You don’t have to ask them questions like you would a magic eight ball, what’s happening in my life. You can if you want, but you can also ask them questions about themselves, their life here, what it’s like on the other side. Ask them any question that comes to you and know that they’ll give you the answer that they can, that does not bypass your free will.

Anything that does not bypass your free will, they’ll give you as much as they can. Friend, thank you, thank you, thank you for spending your morning joining your spirit team and I to start your day. Today is a great day to live in joy and to build the life your soul came here to live. As you move through the day, feel the presence of your angels.

As they guide you to take one positive loving step towards your best financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided, protected, and so, so, so deeply loved. Radiate that love to yourself and everyone you interact with today.
