Shortly after the birth of her child, Britney felt like the relationship she had with her body had changed. Today, she shows how her journey to reclaim her body has a spiritual aspect as well. There’s ways to tune into your body’s needs even when your mind may want to do something else. Britney teaches us some of the tools she’s learned to tuning in as well as how to stay in that physical energy.
