[00:00:00] Julie: Hello, beautiful souls. Welcome back to the Angels and Awakening Podcast. I’m your host and author, Julie Janis. Friends, we just got back from New York and you’ll hear all about it next [00:00:11] Monday, but I am just wiped. What happened was we went to, uh, several different doctors out there and they ended up having.

[00:00:19] Day to do a couple more things, uh, [00:00:22] test out there. So we stayed a couple extra days, and so what I’m gonna do is have my podcast editor put a membership event that we had. Thank you so much for your patience and for being with me tonight instead of, [00:01:17] uh, Wednesday. What we’re gonna do tonight is one last woo, completely decompress.

[00:01:24] Just be with your angels. If you wanna have a [00:01:28] notepad and pen to take notes as we go along, if you have aha moments, totally cool with me. And if you have any questions tonight that you want me to [00:01:39] answer about, um, connecting with Archangel Raphael, keeping your chakras clear, your energy clear, you can go ahead and post that in the chat and, uh, I [00:01:50] will try and get to those at the end.

[00:01:51] Okay, so here we go. Let’s just close our eyes. I like [00:02:01] to put my hands up. They’re like kinda resting on my legs, but I like to put my hands up and just allow yummy vibrations from the [00:02:12] angels, from God, from my loved ones in heaven. That energy to [00:02:23] just pour into me from above, below to the sides of me.

[00:02:33] Your [00:02:34] angels call you to remember how small the universe is, is an entire universe inside [00:02:45] one cell. There’s an entire universe inside your physical body,[00:02:56]

[00:02:56] and when it comes to connecting with God, universe, source, you don’t have to do anything except really just be, be [00:03:07] in silence, be in stillness. Walk through the oneness meditation.

[00:03:17] [00:03:18] Heaven isn’t some distant, far away place in the cosmos. Your angels and your spirit team are asking you [00:03:29] to be aware of, acknowledge, accept into your beingness that heaven is a frequency [00:03:40] that you can be in right here, right now. And any time you so choose in this life.[00:03:51]

[00:03:51] So I want you to take a big, deep breath in, breathe in God’s love, big, deep breath out.[00:04:02]

[00:04:04] And I want you to imagine with your feet planted. Gently on the floor, but down through the bottom, the [00:04:13] soles of your feet are these large roots.

[00:04:18] I want you to imagine that you are in the Redwood Forest with these trees [00:04:24] that have been around for hundreds of years,

[00:04:30] and as you’re walking in the Redwood Forest, you stop. [00:04:35] You sit down on a log, you take off your hiking boots, you take off your socks, [00:04:46] and you just allow your feet, your toes to just plant firmly into the soil of the earth. Just as if you were on a [00:04:57] beach digging your toes into the sand, you allow your toes to just wiggle into the soil.

[00:05:07] This [00:05:08] beautiful soil that has nourished and cared for these huge redwood trees.

[00:05:17] There is [00:05:19] love in the soil. There is a oneness with all that is that you can feel in the soil.[00:05:30]

[00:05:32] And so now as we do this again, we bring our roots down. You have so [00:05:41] much energy within you, your soul from the other side is energy. Your spirit contains your purpose, your [00:05:52] vitality, your joy for living, your wantingness to be here now.

[00:06:00] There is so much energy [00:06:03] within your physical body that when we allow those roots to go down far and wide into the earth, [00:06:14] what we’re really doing is accepting. That we are here now on this planet, that our souls [00:06:25] are here in this moment. We want to be here. We’re excited to be here. We’re excited to work on behalf of God, universe, source.[00:06:36]

[00:06:36] And so as you see those roots go down. Through your body, through the soles of your feet and down into that beautiful, nourishing [00:06:47] soil. I don’t want you to just see these tiny roots like uh, an herb garden roots that go down. No. I want you to see your [00:06:58] roots of your beingness. Like those redwood trees.

[00:07:02] They’re these massive, huge, thick. Roots that come [00:07:09] out of the bottoms, the soles of your feet,

[00:07:14] and go down far and wide into [00:07:20] the earth.

[00:07:25] These roots go for a mile to the left, a mile in front of you.[00:07:31]

[00:07:33] These roots spread out in the soil, a a mile to the right of you, to the left of you behind you,[00:07:42]

[00:07:45] and they go down as far as the core of this earth.[00:07:53]

[00:07:54] I want you to feel what it feels like to be in this grounding energy. You feel strong. [00:08:04] Maybe you sit up a little taller, your shoulders roll back. You feel strong and confident.[00:08:15]

[00:08:20] That confidence comes from this earth. [00:08:26] This earth is a being in and of itself just like the angels are, just as our souls are, [00:08:37] and this earth wants you to be here now. It needs you to be here now.[00:08:48]

[00:08:48] So as you tune into this grounding feeling, feeling how deep and wide and thick these roots go down into the [00:08:59] earth, I want you to feel as though Mother Earth is giving you a huge hug through those roots, through the soil, [00:09:10] through the earth’s beingness.

[00:09:18] I want you to feel love. [00:09:21] Nourishment support coming in through those roots, loving you, holding you. Mother Earth feels [00:09:32] all of the vibrations on the planet. She knows how hard it is to be here. But she [00:09:43] doesn’t send you any of that negativity or those low vibrations. No. She sends you only the most positive laser focused on [00:09:54] the purpose of what Earth was meant to be, the highest vibrations that are.

[00:10:02] And as you feel this energy moving [00:10:05] up through those roots into your body. I want you to feel them nourishing every cell within your physical being. Just [00:10:16] like sunlight and the soil nourishes a plant, nourishes a tree, gives it life. You can feel that [00:10:27] life force energy coming up through the earth herself into you.[00:10:38]

[00:10:40] The love she gives you is love for you to radiate out to the world.[00:10:49]

[00:10:49] The support that she gives you and shows you is to care for yourself. So much rich, that you have [00:11:00] energy to care for support and love others.[00:11:11]

[00:11:12] We tune out from this vibration that the earth gives us every single day, [00:11:22] but only because we don’t think about. Mother Earth reminds you that any time you need her love, you need her support, you need her wisdom. [00:11:33] She is here with ample supply.

[00:11:39] All you have to do is bring your awareness, your attention to it, [00:11:44] and receive this beautiful energy flowing up through those roots. At the bottom, the soles of your feet.[00:11:55]

[00:12:01] I want you to feel that energy moving up through the toes, [00:12:06] up through the feet around the ankles.[00:12:17]

[00:12:17] Up over the calves, the shins, the knees.

[00:12:26] Feel that energy at your [00:12:28] knees moving higher up over the thighs, the hamstrings, the hips,

[00:12:36] providing you with more love, [00:12:39] more support, more hope, more strength. More belief, more faith.[00:12:50]

[00:12:51] I want you to take a moment to just imagine as we’re at the hips, your pelvic floor bowl. I want you [00:13:01] to see it as just this beautiful, beautiful bowl, and I want you to imagine that Archangel Raphael hands you a clean towel to [00:13:12] just go in. And clean out this bowl that holds the strength of your feminine power, [00:13:23] your feminine divinity.

[00:13:32] And as you do [00:13:34] clean the interior, the exterior of this bowl,

[00:13:41] excuse me, I want you to see the seraphim angels step [00:13:45] forward.

[00:13:49] They assist you in clearing out this bowl by [00:13:56] sending you energies. Of clarity in knowing your purpose, feeling your worth as a soul,[00:14:07]

[00:14:11] standing concrete in the knowingness that you are not here on a whim. [00:14:18] God knows your name. God has you here on purpose for a purpose.[00:14:29]

[00:14:30] And that as you clean this bowl, the things that you have been told your entire life, you’re too [00:14:40] sensitive, can’t save the world, you can’t change anybody.

[00:14:49] You’re too [00:14:51] emotional. All of these things about your femininity that you’ve been told as you clean that bowl, the interior and the [00:15:02] exterior, the seraphim show you a different perspective that you are here exactly as you are always meant to be, [00:15:13] because you are perfect as you are. Any mistake that you see as a mistake in the past is not.[00:15:24]

[00:15:25] It’s a learning of the soul’s consciousness, a growth of the soul,

[00:15:34] [00:15:35] and all of those things that maybe you were told were wrong or bad in the past are actually your biggest strengths. So as you go in and you [00:15:46] clear out this bowl, I want you to see the seraphim, bless you. Send energies to strengthen this bowl within you [00:15:57] that holds and contains all that you are. All of your power, your angels, the seraphim want you to [00:16:08] see this bowl.

[00:16:10] As like the fountain of life, you can come into that fountain and get exactly what you need in the [00:16:19] moment that you need it. It is a wellspring for you to absorb

[00:16:29] [00:16:30] strength, faith, belief, confidence, clarity.

[00:16:40] At any [00:16:41] time, I want you to see the Seraphim step back to the group that is your spirit team, [00:16:52] and I want you to see step forward, all of the angels on your spirit team. You might see millions.

[00:17:02] [00:17:03] Hundreds of millions, billions. See all of these angels step forward. [00:17:14] Every single one of them knows you, knows exactly who you are, and there is a power and a strength to [00:17:25] having that. Divine, heavenly army of angels behind you. I want you to see them all [00:17:36] send loving energy, healing energy, and all of the vibrations that you need in the future[00:17:47]

[00:17:47] into the shield that is in front of your abdomen.[00:17:58]

[00:17:59] They send everything that you need

[00:18:07] so that you can count on all of [00:18:09] those energies being there for you, and you can feel that energy absorbed into your abdomen, into your gut, [00:18:20] into your intestines. Even up into your lungs and your heart,[00:18:31]

[00:18:31] God, universe, source is strengthening you for the journey ahead.[00:18:42]

[00:18:49] I want you to feel as your angels, all of your [00:18:53] angels continue to send you so much love, unconditional love. Whereas you might think to yourself, oh, Julie, my angels get frustrated with me because I [00:19:04] never listen. Or, you know, I’m not following their wisdom, or, I’m so slow, or I’m just evolving slower than I would like to.

[00:19:12] The angels say, stop. [00:19:15] You are perfect right here, right now. Life isn’t a race.[00:19:26]

[00:19:28] Life is this beautiful journey marathon,[00:19:37]

[00:19:38] and it’s okay to go slow. It’s okay to be intentional. It’s okay to not know at [00:19:48] times. It’s okay to be uncertain.

[00:19:56] Your angels say in every moment that you [00:19:59] feel uncertain, unsure, unsafe, they have you.

[00:20:07] They know every moment to come, and [00:20:10] they promise you that they are looking out for you. They’re caring for you.

[00:20:18] They’re protecting you in every [00:20:21] moment and millisecond.

[00:20:27] I want you to just take a moment to tune into the unconditional love you [00:20:32] feel radiating from your angels.[00:20:43] [00:20:54]

[00:20:54] Your angels stay forward and your loved one step forward

[00:21:03] as they all [00:21:05] send you energy directed to your throat, to your voice. To that creativity within you that wants to make, be made [00:21:16] manifest, to come out to play. Within this world,[00:21:27]

[00:21:29] your angels and your loved ones say you’re not behind. You are right where you are supposed to be.[00:21:38]

[00:21:39] And they want you to give all of your self doubt, all of your fear, all of your lack of joy.[00:21:49]

[00:21:52] Sometimes we’re in a moment and we think should feel happier, we should feel more joyful, and sometimes we’re not [00:22:00] feeling or experiencing life to the fullest. I want you to give all of that over to your angels. Imagine going into your throat, and if you feel [00:22:11] it in your heart, into your heart and just scooping all of it out and handing it over to your angels,[00:22:22]

[00:22:24] they’re able to take it, dissolve it into love.[00:22:33]

[00:22:38] Archangel Michael steps forward giving you a huge hug and sending you a surge of energy, and [00:22:44] he says There is never a moment to worry. There is never a need for worry.[00:22:55]

[00:22:57] Allow ease to be the primary vibration within your entire physical body [00:23:06] so that when you go into your body and you feel and you tune in, all you feel is ease. A levity, [00:23:17] assuredness, and confidence knowing that God, universe, source has got this, has got you. A confidence knowing that no matter what happens, you are gonna be [00:23:28] okay.

[00:23:28] Everything is gonna be okay. A clarity that you might not always know in the moment, but the exact moment. You need to [00:23:39] know the divine moment, that you have to have the answer. You can be sure that you will know that God always shows up on time [00:23:50] for you.

[00:23:54] You feel this ease within your entire physical body, radiating, overflowing, [00:24:01] so much ease within your body. It’s like a cup being overflowed with water.[00:24:12]

[00:24:16] And with this ease, you can feel the angel’s vision for your life.[00:24:23]

[00:24:27] You can feel that everything’s gonna be okay. You can feel that you are gonna be okay. [00:24:34] You can feel how much God, universe source, loves you. You could feel how much your soul wanted to be here in this [00:24:45] lifetime. Right here, right now,

[00:24:52] you can feel your future self one day, a [00:24:56] hundred years from now in heaven. Looking back on this lifetime. Smiling at yourself in this lifetime thinking, my God, was she [00:25:07] spectacular? My God, did she really do it? She did it. She did everything she came here to do.

[00:25:16] I want you to say your [00:25:18] future self in heaven a hundred years from now, your soul self looking back at you. So proud. So grateful. [00:25:29] So in love with this beautiful lifetime,[00:25:40]

[00:25:41] your higher self asks you to feel true joy.

[00:25:48] A joy that is different from [00:25:51] happiness, a joy that never leaves.

[00:25:58] But that stays with you [00:26:02] now and always a joy. That is your birthright,[00:26:13]

[00:26:13] that joy stems from your higher self, your soul, self’s love for this life, for this world. [00:26:24] For where we are in our conscious evolution[00:26:35]

[00:26:35] to your soul self. Where you are in this moment in time as a human being is like going outside. In the middle of [00:26:46] a field field filled with beautiful flowers in the morning, the sun is just rising. [00:26:57] You can see the dew and a light fog over the hills.

[00:27:07] You can [00:27:08] hear the birds chirping in the background. Happy, joyous. Another day is here.[00:27:19]

[00:27:22] The joy of being on a beach as the sun is setting. [00:27:30] You are calm with nothing to do, and just sitting on the sand, digging your toes into the earth, [00:27:41] listening as the waves roll up one by one gently crashing. [00:27:52] Up shore, you’re relaxed, you’re at ease. You feel joyful and happy within you [00:28:03] that all you have to do in this moment is just sit, relax, listen to the laughter of little children playing in the [00:28:14] distance.

[00:28:16] Listening to the sound of seagulls overhead, birds in the background,[00:28:25]

[00:28:26] and watching God paint this beautiful sunset on the sky,

[00:28:34] the color of the [00:28:36] sky, as the sun sets

[00:28:42] the colors and the clouds. As that sun goes down,[00:28:47]

[00:28:51] joy is a lasting happiness, a foundation of happiness within you, [00:28:58] whereas happiness can just be fleeting as we think about it in every day. Joy is a permanent reservoir of the [00:29:09] highest vibrational frequencies within your core.

[00:29:15] Joy is always there for you with a beautiful smile. [00:29:20] Joy is always there for you with hope and peace and ease.[00:29:31]

[00:29:31] And your angels want you to reflect on joy is yours. Joy is your birthright. Are you allowing yourself? [00:29:42] Because that is all it is. Your angels say, are you allowing yourself to simply feel joy, to feel in [00:29:53] love with your life? Every day,

[00:30:03] I want you to [00:30:04] tune in as your angels whisper something personally to you about joy itself. What they want you to know [00:30:15] about bringing more joy into your own life. You can ask them any question and they’ll bring through the answer to you here and [00:30:26] now.[00:30:37]

[00:30:47] Your angels [00:30:48] say that just as you go about your day and you feel thirst and so you drink water in the same way, your body [00:30:59] has a need to feel certain emotions. It has the need throughout the day at times, and it calls to you. I need to [00:31:10] feel oneness in that moment. Simply open your crown chakra. Feel a string of lifting from the crown of your head [00:31:21] up towards the sky, and allow yourself to feel oneness.

[00:31:26] And as you go about your day and there’s moments where your body calls to you, your [00:31:32] mind talks to you and says, I need to feel joy. I want to feel joy. Simply take a couple of seconds [00:31:43] and allow yourself to place your attention on the joy you have for life.[00:31:54]

[00:31:54] The things you love about life, the things you love about this particular day that you’re in right here, right now.[00:32:05]

[00:32:08] And your body needs the emotion of ease too. So when it calls to you that it’s stressed out, it’s [00:32:16] anxious, it’s worrying. What your body is really saying to you is, I have the need right now to feel ease. And in [00:32:27] that moment, you can call forward your angels. You can ask them to make you feel completely at ease within your physical body.

[00:32:37] You might even [00:32:38] go into the restroom at your, if you’re at work, put your hands on your heart and just allow yourself to call in the ease of [00:32:49] God, universe, source the knowingness that everything is gonna be okay.

[00:32:57] And so in order to keep your physical [00:33:00] energy clear, your angels are asking you to see these emotions within you that you need just the same as you would quench [00:33:11] your thirst with a glass of water. Going to get that glass of water, your angels say, just takes a couple of seconds to go [00:33:22] open up the cabinet, get the glass, pour the water, and to drink.

[00:33:29] In the same time that it takes you to drink [00:33:33] a glass of water to quench that thirst is the same amount of time that your body is asking you to get into the emotion that you need [00:33:44] to feel love. Maybe it’s to feel safety, security. Maybe it’s to feel relaxed. [00:33:55] Enjoy.

[00:34:00] Maybe it’s just to feel, ease or peace within your being.[00:34:06]

[00:34:09] Your angels move up

[00:34:16] into your third [00:34:17] eye, your mind, your brain.

[00:34:27] And your [00:34:28] angels and your loved ones on your spirit team simply send you peace.

[00:34:37] I’m gonna have you keep your eyes [00:34:39] closed, but I want you to imagine this. I was talking to my Angel Reiki school students last weekend, and I was telling them that the angels hold a [00:34:50] singular vision of truth for you. That could be where you’re going in your career. That could be a cingulate [00:35:01] vision, a cingulate truth that they hold within where they see you at the end of your life.[00:35:12]

[00:35:12] They know, like they know, like they know that everything truly, truly is gonna be okay for you, that you are going to find your way.[00:35:23]

[00:35:25] That you are going to listen to your intuition and take action steps forward in your life, and that as you do [00:35:34] more will be revealed to you from the divine and as you continue to flow through the dance with God [00:35:45] universe, source of listening and taking action. And then waiting and listening and asking [00:35:56] questions for God to bring you in new directives, and then you listening and taking action, and then you getting more from the other side and using [00:36:07] that to take more action.

[00:36:11] This is a dance. This is a relationship between you and [00:36:18] God.

[00:36:23] Those who say to me, Julie, I don’t feel God. I don’t hear God. God’s not showing [00:36:29] up for me. Nine times outta 10. They’re really wanting to get something bigger. They’re wanting to hear something bigger. [00:36:40] They want it to be bigger than what it is. But your angels put your brain, your mind at ease because they said it’s [00:36:51] simple.

[00:36:51] Stop making it so hard. Stop making it so complex. It’s simple. When you hear and you really feel, and you get this [00:37:02] knowingness to make the phone call. Make the phone call. When you really hear and feel within you, Ooh, I gotta send that email. Go send the email. [00:37:13] When God asks you to do something and your energy is clear and you are tuned in, you know, all you have to do [00:37:24] is go take that micro step.

[00:37:27] And what life is, is all of those micro steps [00:37:35] combined that make your life.

[00:37:42] I want you to see your soul self on the other side, showing [00:37:46] you that you said yes, 90, 90 plus percent of the time to God, universe, source when they called to your heart. [00:37:57] And I want you to be proud of that, that you’re listening, you’re following, you’re taking action. And the angel said [00:38:08] with that, they send your mind complete ease, peace, harmony.

[00:38:17] I want you to notice that as you tune [00:38:19] into your head itself, you can no longer feel where your head is because it just blends with the energies of all that is.[00:38:30]

[00:38:31] Blends with the universe, blends with the air, and I want you to notice that within your entire physical [00:38:41] being, your body just blends. With all that is[00:38:52]

[00:38:52] your energy goes out as if you are this little radiant sun. This energy goes out in every direction [00:39:03] out past the planet, out pla past the sun, out past this universe, into other, other universes [00:39:14] multiverse.

[00:39:18] Your energy blends with all that is and reaches out into [00:39:25] infinite infinities.

[00:39:29] And there is a security in tuning into this energy. [00:39:36] You can feel through this energy that it has always existed and it always will. There was never, ever. [00:39:47] Any beginning, there is no end. You are because you are.[00:39:58]

[00:39:58] Your existence is the most beautiful, miraculous thing. This life itself is the most [00:40:09] beautiful, miraculous thing.

[00:40:14] I want you to think about one other person or other people who are [00:40:20] still alive here on Earth, whether it’s a coworker that you get along with or the love of your life, and I just want you to thank how grateful [00:40:31] you are that you get to experience this love here and now experience this beautiful connection.

[00:40:40] Between your energies [00:40:42] and the energy of other souls in this earth space container,

[00:40:52] go [00:40:53] back into your body, and I just want you to feel how clear your energy feels. Just a pure ggl clear glass of water.[00:41:04]

[00:41:04] You are love, joy, peace, bliss, ease, and grace.

[00:41:13] The droplet that is your [00:41:15] soul is connected to all that is. God never wants anything negative for you. God never wants [00:41:26] anything that somebody else’s stuff to come into your energy field. I want you to say to God, universe, source your angels and your spirit [00:41:37] team. Please keep my energy clear and mine always God.

[00:41:42] Univers source. Please always protect my energy. [00:41:48] Keep all energy that is serving me. That is of your highest vibration. In my field at all times, and God, universe, source, [00:41:59] please give me angels to constantly keep clearing my energy from everything that’s not serving me. Removing [00:42:10] everything that’s not serving me.

[00:42:14] And God makes you that promise. They will keep your energy completely [00:42:21] clear now and always.

[00:42:25] God says this, energy is your birthright beyond words. This [00:42:32] energy is who and what you truly are. It’s home.

[00:42:39] God just reminds you that every time you get into this [00:42:43] energy, you’re able to hear clearly from the other side. It doesn’t have to be a long meditation like this one. It can be quick and [00:42:54] simple, but they need you to know that you’re always protected. You’re always guided, you’re always loved and supported and held.[00:43:05]

[00:43:06] So I want you to imagine all of your angels, your loved ones on the other side coming in, giving you this huge, huge hug [00:43:16] around you. You feel so much love and so much support that you could cry.

[00:43:26] You feel so much [00:43:27] strength, and confidence, and peace and ease.

[00:43:33] And faith and strength,[00:43:38]

[00:43:40] you feel loved. You feel supported. You feel held.[00:43:49]

[00:43:49] Feeling their presence is never wrong or bad. It is your birthright to feel that support, to feel the love of the [00:44:00] divine for you.

[00:44:03] They need you to remind yourself again and again and again that you are not here on accident. [00:44:11] You are here on purpose. You are needed here on earth. God knows you. Name. God loves you [00:44:22] so incredibly much all of your angels. Know your name and love you so incredibly much. And they said, it’s time for you to start giving [00:44:33] yourself more credit where credit is due.

[00:44:36] They said, our earthly minds think to ourselves that we’ve only lived 10 20 lifetimes. But the [00:44:44] truth is, is that you’ve been in existence for all of eternity. You’ve done this over and over and over again, lifetime after lifetime. [00:44:55] And you really love living as a soul. So God said, release all that’s not serving [00:45:06] you.

[00:45:06] Release in your day to day, worry, self-doubt, insecurity, and step into what this life is truly [00:45:17] here to be for you. Step into falling in love with your life. Step into falling in love with [00:45:28] who you are as a soul. Step into falling in love with humanity and all of the good that so many humans around the [00:45:39] world are trying to do.

[00:45:43] They are your peers. They are your support. You’re here with them. [00:45:50] God said, fall in love with your life. I’m gonna leave you here for a moment or two to just connect with all [00:46:01] of your angels and loved ones on the other side, and I just want you to listen for anything that they wanna share with [00:46:12] you. You can even ask them a question or two and they will bring through an answer, A loving, positive answer to you here and now.[00:46:23] [00:46:34] [00:46:45] [00:46:56] [00:47:07] [00:47:18]

[00:47:19] I just want you to pray with me. God, universe, source. Thank you so much for helping me to release all that’s not serving me and to [00:47:29] bring me into the highest vibration. That is God. We ask you to. Keep our energy clear. Keep our hearts elevated. Keep our hearts open [00:47:40] to love opportunities, blessings, gifts from you.

[00:47:45] Keep our eyes clear and open to all of the possibilities that you have in front of us, [00:47:51] all of the miracles that you’re trying to bring into our lives. God, we ask you to help us [00:48:02] continually over and over again, fall in love with our lives, fall in love with living to be in high emotional frequencies, high emotional [00:48:13] states more and more, and as we do to lift others around us into those high emotional states as well.[00:48:24]

[00:48:24] God, we are here to do your work. Please show us the work that you would have us do from a humble place of pure intention within our [00:48:35] hearts. We want you to work through us. We want you to use our lives to help whoever we are Here to help and serve. [00:48:46] In this we pray. Amen.

[00:52:13] See all of those [00:52:15] unexpected blessings filling your heart right now, my friends, your soul is love, joy, [00:52:26] peace, bliss, ease, and grace. And because that’s who and what you truly are, these elements can never leave you. They can never be taken away [00:52:37] from you and my friends. All you really ever have to do is just be, be you, and radiate the beautiful light that you are.

[00:52:46] So go forth today [00:52:48] and be an angel in the lives of others. Radiate your love and live in the high vibration of simply [00:52:59] being.
