[00:00:00] Hello, beautiful souls. Welcome back to the Angels and Awakening podcast today. There’s no intro, no outro, no ad. It is just [00:00:09] you and I here on a Thursday. And friends I had something so beautiful happen this week. I woke up early in the morning. I did my [00:00:18] Pilates. I, sat down and channeled with the angels and I’ve been resting, I think more than ever this year with the [00:00:27] surgery and the angels channeled through something so beautiful that I sent it out in the Monday.

[00:00:32] Angel message, if you’re not on my email list you can go [00:00:36] over to the angel medium.com and hop on that email list. That’s where I send you messages that the Angels Channel through. [00:00:45] And I probably got over 30 responses via email from that, that one that went out. And Spirit said, come [00:00:54] on the podcast and just read this because it’s something that everyone needs to hear.

[00:01:00] So I wanna just do something different today. I [00:01:03] want you to just, wherever you’re at, in the car, if you’re walking, if you’re at home, I just want you to take a moment and just breathe in [00:01:12] love. Breathe out love, and I want you to [00:01:21] let yourself be fully present with hearing my words. I want you to feel the love of your angels [00:01:30] surrounding you.

[00:01:31] This is your time to be held, supported, and reminded that this life is so sacred. [00:01:39] I want you to remind you that this message is for you. This is what your angels say. This message is directed to [00:01:48] you. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or like you’re holding too much alone. [00:01:57] And this is your invitation to come home to your soul self.

[00:02:01] And I want you to, as you hear these words, let them wash over [00:02:06] you as if they’re being whispered directly to the, your heart, but also as if your an angels are taking the energy of these words [00:02:15] and using them to clear out of your physical body, whatever is not serving you. We had our angel member, [00:02:24] meeting last night. Every Wednesday night, I get together with the angel members at 7:00 PM Central Time, and I channel and [00:02:33] do readings and teach, and do visualization, healings and all sorts of fun things. But last night, one of the [00:02:42] things that spirit was. Saying is, I had been working with this for years, which comes first, the chicken or the egg?

[00:02:50] Here’s what I mean [00:02:51] by that. God universe, source is not a man in the sky. God, universe source is the [00:03:00] energy of everything everywhere. The microphone in front of me, the recording the computer, I’m videotaping this on my [00:03:09] physical body. Every cell within your body, your hair. Everything, the air in front of us, right?

[00:03:16] Everything is [00:03:18] God, universe, source. And consciousness itself really fascinates me because it is the consciousness that [00:03:27] allows us to think and process as we are living this life and walking through this journey of life, and that it [00:03:36] is the consciousness that survives. And moves to the other side.

[00:03:42] When our physical body passes away, [00:03:45] our consciousness continues. That thought continues. We continue. And so I’ve looked at this for [00:03:54] a lot of years, prayed on it, channeled with the angels, and I said, okay, what is this energy of God, universe source that’s [00:04:03] everywhere. And the angels would say It’s vibration and it’s thought.

[00:04:07] And I would say, can you pull that apart or is it one thing? And they [00:04:12] said both. To them on the other side where everything is just so much more advanced, they see it as one thing. [00:04:21] But here on earth it benefits us as human beings. The angels say to see it as two, the vibration. [00:04:30] Creates the thought.

[00:04:31] Okay? And so if you can shift your vibration through the words that you hear through reading something [00:04:39] through sound you can shift the thought. And so I sat down with the angels this morning and they asked me to share this with [00:04:48] you. It’s from them. They say, we see you. We see the way that you keep showing up even when you’re [00:04:57] tired, even when your heart feels heavy, even when no one else notices, all that you carry, [00:05:06] we see the way you’ve been strong for others.

[00:05:09] We see the way you’ve been. You’ve put your pain on pause to [00:05:15] care for someone else’s needs, the way you smile when your soul. Just wants to rest, and we [00:05:24] want you to know you are not alone. There is nothing wrong with you. You are not behind. You are not [00:05:33] failing. You are not too sensitive, too emotional, too slow or too much.

[00:05:40] You are [00:05:42] sacred. You are radiant. You are enough. You’ve been running on empty thinking. It’s just what [00:05:51] life demands, but it’s not, you weren’t made to survive. You were made to bloom. You were made to feel joy [00:06:00] again, to breathe again, to be supported and held, not just by others. By but [00:06:09] buy something greater.

[00:06:11] You don’t have to do it all. You don’t have to hold it all together. And most of all, you [00:06:18] don’t have to hide how deeply you feel. Let yourself soften. I’m gonna say that again, and as [00:06:27] I do, I want you to feel it in your body. Let yourself soften. Let yourself be seen. [00:06:36] Let yourself receive. You are not here to earn your worth.

[00:06:43] You already [00:06:45] are a miracle. The world may not show up for you, but heaven always will. We are with you. We are [00:06:54] whispering to your heart. We are placing reminders on your path in songs, in signs, and the way [00:07:03] light moves through the trees. Through the clouds. Don’t you just love it when you’re in the car and you just see the way that light [00:07:12] shines down through the clouds.

[00:07:14] So beautiful. And right now we’re asking you to pause and just [00:07:21] remember, you are loved beyond words. You are chosen for this life, and you are being [00:07:30] guided every step of the way. Everything you’ve been carrying, you can set it down now, [00:07:39] will help you hold what matters with wings wrapped gently around you from your angels.[00:07:48]

[00:07:49] I just want you to let your body breathe. I want you to let your heart feel what it [00:07:57] needs to feel. This message was meant just for you right here, right now. Wherever you are at in your [00:08:06] life, you are not expected to do anything right now, just to be. Just receive. And as you [00:08:15] breathe, I want you to ask yourself, what part of this message touched something deeply inside me.[00:08:24]

[00:08:24] Can you believe that you are worthy just as you are? Can you give over to your angels [00:08:33] all of the heaviness, all of the tiredness, all of the energies that you’ve been carrying? [00:08:42] If it feels okay within you, I just want you to close your eyes and imagine your angels surrounding you. [00:08:51] Feel their energy like warmth, yummy energy, calmness surrounding you.[00:09:00]

[00:09:01] It’s safe to rest here. It’s safe in the sacred space. [00:09:09] And you hear your angels say you are safe, you are loved, you are not alone. [00:09:18] You are allowed to soften. You are already whole,[00:09:27]

[00:09:27] and as you continue to breathe those big deep belly breaths in as far as you can go and out as far as [00:09:36] you can go. I want you to imagine setting down all of the emotional weight you’ve been carrying, like [00:09:45] heavy bags. Placing them down at your feet, off of your back. And I want you to imagine your angel’s [00:09:54] reach for those heavy bags.

[00:09:56] They say you don’t have to carry it all. You never had to. We’ve got this for you. We’re [00:10:03] protecting you, we’re guiding you, we’re leading you forward. And I want you to allow yourself to [00:10:12] feel the relief of your entire body head to toe. Of being held and cared for and loved by [00:10:21] something greater. Your angels say you are doing beautifully, even if it doesn’t always feel like it.[00:10:30]

[00:10:30] They say Your sensitivity is not something to fix. You’re tiredness is not something to [00:10:39] hide. Your presence in and of itself is more than enough. If this message [00:10:48] gave you even one moment of peace, I want you to use it as a reminder from your angels to return to that peace [00:10:57] when things feel heavy. And if someone you love is carrying too much today, I want you to feel free to share this with [00:11:06] them.

[00:11:06] Sometimes it’s the lifeline that they need and it can be so helpful to share this podcast. I want you to just [00:11:15] return for one second into that breath, and I want you to say to yourself, I am loved, I am guided, [00:11:24] and heaven is always walking with me. Just feel your angels surrounding you.
