Open your heart and your mind as you begin your day with your angels.

Good morning, beautiful soul. Welcome to the 23rd day of the month, a beautiful day to hand the pressure of your worries and fears over to God. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self. Here with a loving, positive messages to guide you today.

Today, they’re talking to you about aging without fear. Friend, you might think it’s silly, but in my sessions, some of the biggest worries and blockages your angels talk about are your fears tied to the physical changes we will all experience. All experience in the aging process, but what your angels want you to know today is that you do not have to be afraid in my sessions.

Spirit will show me how most humans hold deep subliminal fears of passing. the way their loved ones did, passing early because a relative passed early, or passing from a specific illness because that’s how a relative passed away. Your angels say that first and foremost, you must always visit your licensed doctor and take the medicines they prescribe to you first and foremost.

But your angels say that after that, integrate this. You must give your worry and your mental stress about the matter up. over to God. According to the research of Dr. Bruce Lipton, by changing your mental perception, your mind can alter the activity of your genes and create over 30, 000 variations of products from each gene.

He gives more detail by saying that the gene programs are contained within the nucleus of the cell. And you can rewrite those genetic programs through changing your blood chemistry. Friends, to put this more simply, think of it like this. You can change your DNA, your body, your reality, and your future.

That is some pretty powerful stuff. Your angels talk about this all the time in my sessions, because you see, if you worry about passing at the same age or from the same illness. Or going through something your parents or your grandparents went through. It’s as if you’re writing that into your own future by allowing yourself to think that way.

Your angels say the good news is that you can change it right here, right now. No matter where you’re at in life, you can turn things around. Now friends, I want to be really clear here, I’m not saying that you bring all negative experiences upon yourself, and I’m not saying that you can heal any illness with thought alone.

One of the most powerful sessions I had was with a holistic chiropractor in heaven who came through to his wife here on earth with the deepest sorrow and tears in his eyes. He apologized for not going through chemo treatments and for trying to heal his cancer with holistic remedies alone. Friend, again, spirit, me, I’m telling you, they always encourage you to seek professional medical attention first and foremost.

And only after following that guidance, then work on changing your mentality. And that’s where I come in. To help you change your mentality through your spiritual health. Your angels and I are here to help you change your mentality. No matter why you may fear the aging process, the change in our looks, possibly changes in our physical abilities and capacities, the fear of passing young or even the fear of passing from illness, I want you to take a moment here and now and go inward.

Identify what it is you fear. Let’s just take a moment and give you a moment to do that work now. What is it that you fear about getting older? Ask yourself, what is it that you fear, and trust the first thing that comes to you.

Friend, now I want you to see yourself scooping this fear out of your physical body and placing it Inside a shoe box that is outside of you in front of you. Take a moment and scoop this fear out of your physical body. Feel what this fear feels like inside of you. Is it heavy, like a refrigerator sitting inside of you?

Or is it like a ball of ooey gooey string that you have to just pull out inch by inch? Take a moment, call upon your angels and ask them to help you remove this fear and place it all inside the shoebox. I want you to take one minute to do this work right now.

Okay friend, once you have all of the fear outside of your body and in the shoebox, I want you to see Archangel Raphael come and take that shoebox. And as he does, he’s lifting your fears away. I want you to see Archangel Raphael Place a bubble of protection around you, keeping this fear away from you and giving you a team of healer angels to help direct you to take actions towards your highest physical health.

Today, Archangel Raphael asks you to see your physical body in the current decade you’re in. I want you to just do that right now. Just see your physical body and if you don’t feel great about your physical body right now, I want you to see yourself six months from now. Feeling great having made these changes, small steps that Archangel Raphael is working with on you.

Take a moment and just visualize that.

And what I want you to do is I want you to see yourself maintaining that health. I want you to see yourself in your 70s. And I just want you to look at yourself from your perspective right here right now and look at yourself in your 80s and be like, wow, I really have it going on. I’m doing amazing. I am mentally and physically more healthy than I’ve ever been before.

Friend, you’re doing great, but I want you to keep Keep going. I want you to see yourself at your eighties. I want you to see yourself then feeling even more mentally, physically healthy than ever before. See yourself being active, traveling, doing the things that you love.

All right, friend. Great job. Keep going. Now picture yourself in your nineties. Visualize yourself more healthy, mentally, physically, spiritually than ever before. What does that feel like to be still surrounded by all of your loved ones so blessed? All of these blessings have, having come into your life over all of these years.

And friend, I want you to see yourself celebrating your hundredth birthday just with this immense emotion of gratitude. Thanking God for this incredible life and just how blessed you are to be more physically, mentally, spiritually healthy than ever before in your life. I want you to see yourself as this oldest age and see yourself and your partner being active.

What is it that you’re doing? What activities come up to your mind? Friend, all day long, I want you to allow Archangel Raphael and your team of healer angels to help you daydream about your physical health and activities in each future decade of your life. This is completely optional, but if you want to keep a notebook around to write down what comes to you, your angels say that in the future, when you catch yourself worrying, they want you to recall what activities you dreamt about today, what activities you wrote down.

When you catch yourself worrying, stop yourself and say, No! That is not my future. I’m going to live to be 105 years old. And even at that age, I’m going to be driving, dancing, taking vacations around the world, wearing clothes that make me feel sexy and alive. I’m going to be the healthiest person at any age.

Every age that this world has ever seen friends. Believe it, see it, know it to be true. I am so excited for you and all the blessings in physical health that are on their way to you right now. Thank you so much for joining your spirit team. And I, to start your day today is a great day to live in joy and build the life.

Your soul came here to live. As you move through the day, feel the presence of your angels as they guide you to take one step towards your best financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Remember that no matter what the day brings, You, my friend are guided, protected, and so, so, so deeply loved.

Radiate that love to yourself and to everyone you interact with today.
