Now, friend, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Open your heart and your mind as you begin your day with your angels.

Good morning, beautiful soul. Welcome to the 22nd day of the month, a beautiful day to live each hour, minute and second in the vibration of ease as you breathe naturally. Notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self here with loving, positive messages to guide you today.

Today they’re talking to you about living in a state of ease. Life brings its own troubles and difficulties into our everyday, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t maintain an inner state. of ease. What does that look like? As humans we have a wide range of emotions available to us that different circumstances can bring out of us at any given time.

Losing a loved one can bring up grief and despair. Experiencing trauma can bring up fear and anger. Discovering our purpose can bring up joy and excitement. All of these are perfectly valid emotions to feel in response to each of these circumstances. It’s unrealistic to think that we can hold or should be happy all of the time.

Otherwise, emotions would be a completely useless tool to us as humans. But friend What if I told you that it is possible to experience whatever emotions are passing through us and still hold on to a state of ease within us? You might think, Julie, are you saying that I can be terrified and at ease at the same time?

Yes. What I’m saying to you is that it is possible for us to allow any emotion to pass through us while also holding on to a deep knowing that all is and all will be well. It’s not something that comes naturally, friend. It’s something that you will have to practice by getting into a state of oneness first.

Why do you have to get into a state of oneness first? Because the state of ease is the result of connecting to God energy, and what I call oneness is God’s energy. You can take steps today to help gradually shift Your energy into a state of ease that you can call on any time, no matter what might be happening around you today, all of your angels ask you to live in a state of ease again, ease is the opposite of fear, stress, and anxiety.

Your angels ask you to consider this in heaven on the other side. There is a place where your higher self resides, because over there, there is no time on the other side. Your higher self has actually already lived your entire life here on earth. Every life your soul will ever live. It has lived. Your higher self knows every good thing that is to come and whispers to you do not be afraid.

You have a glorious future filled with blessing after blessing. Your higher self asks you to remember that because you’ve already lived it all you ever have to do is just be. You just have to breathe and walk through your life experiencing it in the present moment. Your higher self asks you to breathe, be, walk through your life and take action all in a state of ease.

Remember, ease is a choice. Ease is like the bottom of the ocean. No matter what might be happening on the surface. of the ocean. Whether it be a stormy day with waves or gentle waves on a sunny day. At the bottom of the ocean, the current does not change. There is always peace and ease. In the same way, no matter what happens in your life on the surface, the vibrations you hold at your core can always be ease.

Know that in every moment, Your angels are always directing your consciousness towards choosing ease. Hold this question inside of you today. What is there to worry about when all has already happened? It doesn’t mean that we don’t take action. It means that we take action. Action in the present moment as we allow ourself to be in ease and just live every moment.

Allow this question to rest inside of you today as you dwell in ease. What is there to worry about when all has already happened? Friend, I am so excited for you to get to live your entire life in a state of ease. Thank you for joining your spirit team and I to start your day. Today is a great day to live in ease and build the life your soul came here to live.

As you move through the day, feel the presence of your angels as they guide you to take one step towards your best financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided, you are protected, and you, my friend, are so, so, so deeply loved. Radiate that love to yourself.
