Now, friend, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Open your heart and your mind as you begin your day with your angels.

Good morning, beautiful soul, and welcome to the twelfth day of the month. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self, here with loving, positive messages to guide you today. Today, your spirit team is working with you to minimize anxiety.

Anxiety and live in ease more with more language to describe the full range of mental and emotional health. It’s become increasingly apparent that many more of us experience anxiety than we may have previously thought. It seems that anxiety has become a bit of a buzzword these days and that more and more people are speaking out to share their struggles with it.

For many of us, our experiences with it Anxiety started at a young age, but adults or other authority figures around us may have often dismissed genuine anxiety as overthinking or panicking. And so we grew into adults who had no real grasp on what our bodies were actually experiencing. Simply put, anxiety is a response to stress.

It can also look like fear, dread, or apprehension about the future, or specifically,

And friend, today spirit is saying that while your emotions are such important indicators of what’s going on in your interior life, you must also remember that God and your angels are also able to confront those things with you and lift those anxieties, worries and feelings of stress from your shoulders in the meantime.

Today, your angels and your individuals. The entire spirit team asks you to combat your stress, worries, and anxieties by giving all of them over to God. Where is your stress coming from? Give it to God. Where are you holding stress within your body? Give it to God. Ask God to provide you with a separate team of angels to manage every single source of stress and ease, all of your feelings of worry.

In my life, I’ve asked God to provide each special person in my life with a team of angels to watch out for them. Every time I find myself worrying about that special person in my life, I ask that team of angels to take my worry and transmute it into love or another energy that can serve that person well.

Ask God to place a specific team of specialized angels in every area of your life where you worry and then give your mental burdens to them. Your angels want you to enjoy your life, even in the face of stressful experiences and circumstances, knowing that no matter what lies ahead in the future, God is sure to stand by us and within us to ease our fears and fill us with hope.

Think of it like this. There are billions of unemployed angels waiting to be of service to a human soul who asks for help. All you have to do is ask God to make these angels part of your team. Friend, I’m so excited that you joined your spirit team and I for today’s angel message of the day. Today is a great day to live in joy and build the life your soul came here to live in.

Live as you move through your day, feel the presence of your angels as they guide you to take one step towards your financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided, you are protected, and you are so, so, so deeply loved.
