Now, friend, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Open your heart and your mind as you begin your day with your angels.

Good morning, beautiful soul, and welcome to the 9th day of the month. A beautiful day to nurture and love on your inner child. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your heart. of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self, who are all here surrounding you with love and positive messages to guide you today.

Today, they ask you to focus on your inner child. Spirit says we’re all much more closely connected to our inner child than we may think. As we mature into adulthood, There can be a lot of pressure for us to put away childish things and grow up, right? Of course, it’s important for us to take care of our day to day responsibilities as adults, especially for those of us who’ve become parents or spouses.

But friend, becoming an adult doesn’t lessen the importance or the value of our inner child. and inner child work. In our adult lives, we may notice unhealed traumas that we still carry with us, and they may begin to manifest in our relationships, our work, and our personal behavior patterns. When we dig a little deeper, it often becomes clear that the root of those wounds goes back many, many years.

Into our childhood. If we don’t work with and listen to our inner child, it can be difficult for us to stop responding to circumstances in our lives from a wounded place Friend, Archangel Michael was specifically designed to help as we move through our inner child work so that we don’t have to do it alone.

He helps us listen to our inner child by allowing us to hone in on situations that trigger intense emotion, like anger, shame, guilt, or insecurity, so that we can begin making connections between past events and current behaviors and emotions. Spirit shows me that this allows us. to better understand and to see ourselves with the same grace, love, understanding and compassion that God and our spirit teams see us.

It’s important to remember this so that as you begin working with your inner child, you can replace any feelings of shame with grace. and self compassion. Today, Archangel Michael asks you to spend time nurturing and loving your inner child through the practice of forgiving yourself. Friend, no one here on earth is perfect.

God does not expect you to be perfect. Archangel Michael steps forward and stands by your higher self, the part of your soul that is always in heaven. Together, they ask you to release your need to be perfect. Here in this moment, find acceptance and peace, knowing that you are expected to make mistakes, and not just big mistakes here and there.

Spirit says, every one of us falls. Every single day, even when we’re doing everything right. Today, Archangel Michael asks you to see your inner child in front of you. Your inner child looks like you at age 6 or 7. What a little cutie. I want you to see and visualize how your inner child wants to be perfect.

to be all things to all people. Your inner child wants your life to be uncomplicated, to never fall, fail, or make mistakes again, because doing so presses on inner emotional wounds from the past. It is painful. It does hurt. Friend, when you nurture your inner child, you take steps to heal that peace within you.

Nurture your inner child by taking them in your arms and comforting them. I want you to envision you, your higher self, being right in front of your inner child. You wrap them in a blanket of love. You wipe their tears. Archangel Michael steps in to hold a vibration of love, safety, and security. As you tell your inner child, you will fall.

You’ll have failures and make mistakes. But each and every time God, your entire spirit team, your angels, your higher self and your adult self. We’ll all be here to pick you back up again, to nourish yourself with kind, loving words and thoughts. Friend, your angels ask you to visualize your strength and power through your oneness with God.

Ask your inner child, what is it that you need from me? How do you feel? And today, offer some words of assurance to your inner child with affirmations like, You didn’t deserve this. It wasn’t your fault. Thank you. Or even, I love you and I believe you. Friend, the impact of our wounds that our inner child still holds could have been greatly reduced or avoided.

all together with just those simple words. Ask Archangel Michael to give you the healing words your inner child needed, but never got to hear. Friend, I am so excited that you joined your spirit team and I for today’s angel message. Today is a great day to live in joy and to build the life. Your soul came here to live as you move through the day.

Feel the presence of your angels as you take one step towards your financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided, protected, and so, so, so deeply loved. Spirit wants you to see yourself as so filled and overflowing with blessings and love that you radiate love into yourself by talking to yourself kindly and also radiating love out to the world, helping to lift the vibration of the planet.
