good morning, beautiful soul, and welcome to the seventh day of the month, a magnificent day to live in oneness by focusing on your breath. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self as they surround you and send you love today. Today, your Spirit Team asks you to focus on your breath.

You may have heard of breath work, but maybe you don’t know how it works or how it benefits you. Breath work is a practice of conscious, sustained, and rhythmic breathing that aids in healing trauma, reducing depressive symptoms, and healing anxiety.

Sounds good, right? Some have come away from a breath work session feeling overwhelmed by the intense emotional responses that can sometimes be felt. One of the reasons that this practice is so powerful is because it improves the flow of life force energy and aligns your body with universe. energy of oneness.

I define oneness as the energy of God, the energy of your soul, the highest vibrational frequency, radiating ease, love, grace, and bliss. Today, the cherub angels and archangel sandal fun. Ask you to simply focus on your breath. Lengthen each inhale. And lengthen each exhale. As you do, remember that all you ever have to do in life is just be.

Just breathe. Breath is the portal to oneness. So, let’s begin this work together this morning. No matter what you’re doing as you listen to this recording, whether it’s getting ready, drinking a morning beverage, or stretching, Simply focus on deepening your inhale and deepening your exhale as far as you can go comfortably.

Alright, I want to start this out with you right here, right now. And then what I want you to know is that as you go through your day today, your angels are going to come in and they’re going to remind you. They’re going to whisper to you. They’re maybe going to place this within your imagination. Breath work.

Right? Do your breath work. Focus on your breath. Bring your attention back to your breath. And as they do this throughout your day, what I want you to do is return to your breath for just a couple of minutes, right? Just focus on breathing in and breathing out. So do this with me. I want you to breathe in.

And I want you to breathe out.

Do this again. Breathe in.

Then breathe out. One

more time, breathe in

and breathe out.

Friend, notice the energy surrounding your body. Do you feel a tingling, yummy energy off to the sides of you? Or perhaps above your head? Does your crown feel like a string is attached to it, lifting it upwards towards the sky? Do you feel an expansive spaciousness surrounding you? Friend, oneness can be felt or perceived in an infinite number of ways.

And some get into the energy without feeling anything at all. When you’re in oneness, what is it that you experience? Friend, I am so excited about the beautiful day that Spirit has lined up for you. Thank you for beginning your day with your Spirit team and I. They’re guiding you every step of the way, and that’s what they want you to remember. Remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided. You are protected. And you, my friend, are so special. So, so deeply loved. Let your heart overflow with love and blessings and radiate that love and those blessings back both inward towards yourself and out to the world.
