Good morning, beautiful soul, and welcome to the fifth day of the month, a beautiful day to co create your healthiest body yet. As you breathe naturally, yet deeply, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team. Your angels and your higher self here with a loving positive messages to guide you today.

Today we are talking about full body health with Archangel Raphael and friend. The very first. thing I want you to hold in your mind right now is that physical health has nothing to do with size or weight. Our bodies are some of the most incredible, intelligent, and intricate designs that God ever created.

Unfortunately, we spend a great deal of time critiquing our bodies. But have you ever stopped to marvel at your own body? How it protects you? How it heals you, the way it carries and births life, what it withstands. Friend, our bodies are amazing and they don’t just deserve our love and gratitude, but they also deserve our care and our attention.

When I say full body health, this includes emotional and mental wellness. After all, our bodies hold trauma, grief, pain, and other vibrational energies that can manifest in forms of physical illness or mental distress. It is important for us to learn how to listen to our bodies so that we can better respond to their individual needs.

When your inner voice urges you to go to the doctor, to have something checked out, or to improve your physical health in some way, it is the voice of Archangel Raphael moving through you. He energetically manages the physical health of each person on earth by working with your doctors, nurses and therapists to encourage you to seek the help you need from a medical professional first and foremost.

Archangel Raphael is always working with you on your own health, too. He is never the voice in your head asking you to be a certain size or look a certain way. No, friend, quite the opposite. Archangel Raphael wants you to hone in on his most important top three messages to you today about your own physical health.

First, society has made normal human life so busy that there is barely time to breathe. With that said, no one can make your physical health a priority for yourself, but you. So if you don’t do it, No one is coming on a horse to save you, right? Archangel Raphael asks you right here, right now, today, to save yourself.

He says you don’t have to fix everything all at once. All you have to do is simply make healthier choices each time you have the option to throughout your day. Friends, this is so important, so I’m going to repeat it again. Archangel Raphael says, You do not have to fix everything all at once. In order for you to get to your best peak physically, all you have to do is simply make healthier choices.

Each time you have the option to throughout your day. Number two, Archangel Raphael wants you to know and believe within your heart that loving yourself is not selfish. Taking care of yourself is not selfish. Again, your spirit team is not asking you to lose weight or be a certain size or even become an Olympic athlete.

What they’re asking you to do is love the body God gave you. So that you feel great each and every beautiful day on this earth. Archangel Raphael says, It is not selfish to want to feel good. And it is not selfish to take care of yourself. It is healthy to make choices that are good, that make your life better.

Archangel Raphael asks you to see it this way and to shift any mindset so that you really see and believe, Hey, I’m a healthy person for wanting to feel good within my body. I am a healthy person for wanting to take care of myself.

Number three, Archangel Raphael says that society has created a structure in which we’ve learned to ignore the feelings within our body instead of listening to them. Friends, this has to change and that change starts with you. Archangel Raphael says that the vibrations you feel within your physical body could be compared to the way that ants use their antenna to navigate the world around them.

The vibrations you feel within your physical body are more than Messages being communicated to you a lot of times by your higher self, by your spirit team on the other side, by your angels. But friends, you’ve been taught to ignore these messages. I could talk about this for eons, but a great place to learn about this is my course called self energy healing and chakras 101, which you can purchase on my website or take within the first year when you.

You become an angel member, friends. What Raphael is trying to say is that you have to learn to tune in to the vibrations that you’re feeling within your body. Allow yourself to really be honest as you look at and feel those vibrations within your body and what they’re trying to communicate to you today.

Archangel Raphael asks you to see your entire body as whole, abundantly Healthy, vibrant, radiant, and strong, holding only high vibrational oneness energy. Have you ever known someone who was deeply in tune with their body? Someone who just seemed to know when something wasn’t right? Friend, you are capable of this as well.

Archangel Raphael is always ready to help you hone in on your ability to listen To your body. Think about what emotional, physical, or mental signals your body has been sending you. Whether those are big or small, have you been ignoring them? Dismissing them? What would happen if you engaged with them, the vibrations within your body?

Take some time to ask Archangel Raphael to show you what signals need your attention and how to respond to them. Perhaps you need to take an action step. Perhaps you need to change a thought you’ve been thinking about. Or perhaps you need to show yourself more love or believe in yourself more. Friend, I’m so excited that you joined Archangel Raphael and I to start.

this beautiful day. Today is a great day to live in joy and take steps to build the life your soul came here to live. As you move through the day today, feel the presence of your angels as you work towards your financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Remember that no matter what the day brings, you, my friend, are guided.

You are protected. And you are so deeply, deeply loved spirit wants you to see yourself as being so filled and overflowing with blessings and love that you radiate that love both into yourself by talking to yourself kindly and also radiate that love. Out to the world
