Now friend, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. Open your heart and your mind as you begin your day with your angels.

Good morning, beautiful soul, and welcome to the third day of the month, a beautiful day to co create the life of your dreams. As you breathe naturally, notice the subtle presence of your spirit team, your angels, and your higher self. All here with loving, positive messages to guide you today. Today, we’re talking about co creation.

Yes, friend, you have the power to co create the life you want with God and your spirit team. Friend, the main difference between co creation and manifestation is intention. Manifestation is all about what you and more so your egoic mind wants. Co creation on the other hand is letting God, universe, source be part of the process of determining your future based on what God wants for you.

It’s allowing yourself to ask the question, God, Universe, Source, what is it that you want for my life? I find that many people, including myself in my 20s and early 30s, are too scared to ask this question because they fear the answer will be something far, far from what they truly want for themselves.

However, in the thousands of sessions I’ve done for individuals over the years, I’ve never found that to be the case. You might fear that The universe is going to answer and tell you to sell all of your possessions and become a penniless saint servant. But here’s the truth, friend. What God wants for you is already within you.

It calls to you. It’s been calling to you all along. You just have to be brave enough to believe that you are deserving of such a life rich in joy, deep soul friendships, and abundance in all things. You must dare to believe that the whispers in your heart calling you to build a life you love. Are, in fact, God talking to you.

You must dare to daydream about all of the possibilities in front of you. And you must dare to take action on the callings of your heart. Friend, today is about imagining your best life. I’m going to ask you a series of questions now and just as you’re getting ready in the morning or drinking your coffee, I want you to open to your imagination and just spirit answers to these questions as I ask them.

Now you may get the answers right away as a flash that come to you. If so, trust the first thing that comes in. However, these questions, they may be Answered by spirit throughout your day. And that’s okay too. Okay. That is part of this process. So I just want you to go about whatever you were doing before.

Ask these questions. As I asked them, you’re asking them to yourself and you’re allowing spirit to just show you sites, right? Give you a vision, talk something into you through your internal dialogue. Give you a. feeling or a knowingness of the answer. Okay. So what kinds of things are your days filled with in your best life?

So you’re living your best life. What kinds of things fill your days?

What does your home look like when you’re living your best life? What does your home look like?

Okay, friends, what kinds of friends and family members are you surrounded by? As you’re living this best life, you’re daydreaming now about the kinds of friends and family members that you’re surrounded by.

What is the state of your mental health when you’re living your best life?

What is the state of your physical health when you’re living your best life?

What is the state of your emotional health when you’re living your best life? I

want you to imagine what is the state of your spiritual health. When you’re living your best

life, what is the vibration that you’re holding every day?

Friend, what fills your life, your heart, and your time as you imagine your best life? Friend, when answers to these questions come to you, the answers that feel in alignment and high vibrational like oneness, those are the answers. From God, universe Source. Know that God will always impress the answers you seek upon your heart, upon your mind, and upon your thoughts, and the synchronicities that show up in your life.

When you begin to see these answers show up in your life, you’re doing the work of co-creation. Spirit shows me that God places certain dreams, goals, and desires within our heart. God wants our experience on earth to be joyful, full, abundant, and whole. This means that we can clearly envision what things and experiences we want in our best lives.

And then we can use that vision to collaborate on the creation of our best life with God. All right, friend, today your higher self. you to recall yesterday’s instruction to consider what you want. What is the one thing that you want or want to accomplish that means the most to you? What’s your number one priority?

And then what is one step that you can take to reach that goal this month? I want you to see yourself as in the future as if What you want has already happened. I want you to think of a co creation statement for one month from now. This is something you’ll accomplish this month towards your bigger goal, and you can write it down if you like, but it’s simply optional.

You do not have to. Okay, you’re going to start by saying, today is, and then I want you to add the date one month from today. Next, you’re going to add an emotion, just like this. Today is January 3rd and I’m so excited because Now, friend, you’re going to continue by filling in the blank as if you’ve already accomplished your goal this month.

So if my goal was to live in oneness more and more every day, I would say it like this. Today is January 3rd and I’m so, so excited. so excited because I live every day in a continuous vibration of oneness and it is incredible. I see the world in a whole new way and it’s shifting my life in ways I never imagined.

Friend, I want you to say this to yourself over and over again today, right? See yourself one month. from now being excited because you have accomplished one big step towards your biggest goal. Okay, friend, I’m so soul, soul, soul excited that you started your day with your spirit team. And I thank you so much for being here.

Thank you for showing up for yourself, taking care of yourself. That is wonderful. Remember friend, today is a great day to live in oneness, joy, and daydream about the life your soul came here to live. As you move through the day, feel the presence of your angels as they help you take steps towards your financial, mental, spiritual, and physical health.

Friend, remember that no matter what the day brings, you are guided, you are protected, and you are so, so, so deeply loved.
